understand the official rules, and being a parent or guardian of the below named
contestant (or 18 years of age), do hereby give my permission for
to enter and compete in all rodeo events sanctioned by the
Cariboo Trail Junior Rodeo Association (CTJRA) for said child’s appropriate
age group for the calendar year 2002. I hereby release and hold harmless the
Cariboo Trail Junior Rodeo Association, rodeo committees and members, stock
contractors from any and all claims, whatsoever, that may arise from personal
injury, property damage, or medical expenses resulting from my minor child
participating, or while enroute to and from a Cariboo Trail Junior Rodeo
Association-sanctioned rodeo or activity.
